President and CEO
Parent company, BBNC, appointed Mr. Skelton as President and CEO of SCF as well as sister company – SpecPro Environmental Services LLC (SES) – more than 18 years after he founded SES’s predecessor, Solutions to Environmental Problems, Inc. As Chief Operating Officer of SES from 2006-2010, he oversaw unprecedented growth in the company while also serving as Program/Project Manager for major contracts with AFCEE and the USACE, directing company resources and ensuring the quality and technical excellence of the company’s project deliverables. Mr. Skelton is a Professional Engineer, registered in Alabama, Kentucky, Mississippi, South Carolina and Tennessee, and has BS and MS degrees in Civil Engineering from Tennessee Technological University.
As General Manager of SCF, Mr. Madaj assumes responsibility for all company construction, fuel and environmental programs and activities. He served as senior program manager and technical advisor for sister company, SES, directing projects at Fort Campbell for the USACE Nashville District and at Fort Stewart and other bases for USACE Savannah District since 1998. A hydrogeologist with over 32 years of experience, Mr. Madaj has a BS in Geology from the University of Oklahoma and is a Professional Geologist registered in Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, Tennessee and Texas.
